Why do some women talk too much?

It's a killer of romance. Yeah in the beggining I like to get to know them and chit chat, but then when I think they're safe and cool enough, all I want to do is undress her with my eyes and lust and just let my lips do other things besides talk. Can women realize this? Can their senses detect this mood in men so they can turn off the talk and get it on? Or do they prefer me to say hush and concentrate on us?
