How do I stop my mom from nagging all the time?!?

My mom always nags me! Its so irritating, I feel like my head is going to explode. She always nags me about stupid and useless stuff!! And if I tell her to please stop, she'll insult me and shout at me until I feel bad! Or she'll tell my father- who is so mean its not even funny. Please help I need tips to get her to stop this insessive and annoying nagging!
