What would the null hypothesis be for this experiment?

A study on time perception obtained data from 12 randomly selected monastery monks. Each was tested individually, and had to say when they thought 5 minutes (300 seconds) had elapsed. The hypothesis being investigated was whether monks could accurately judge the passage of time.
