Best friend lied and stole off me. What to do?

Extremely long story. I was at a party and I smoked weed and started hallucinating and losing it and wrecking the party. One of my good mates (guy who made the party) brought me up the stairs took me into a bedroom (looked after me for a while). There my best friend (of 5 yrs) apparently "stayed" in the room looking after me. Next morning, my $50 note was gone. I asked my best friend if he used it to buy Maccas for everyone, cause I remember people were eating Maccas. He said NO and started accusing my mate (the party starter) for taking the money and witnessed him having a $50 in his wallet and buying ciggies with it. I asked him if he drove my car to drop people off (he is on his L's and was drinking), he said NO. Found out my fuel was half gone and crums around the car. Next day one of my other mates admitted to using my car to drop people off and apologized sincerley. However my best friend still denied driving my car. Couple days later, we were chilling in my friends car (guy who made the party) and I asked him if he knew who stole my money. He said he knew and that it was a friend that stole my money and that he would never tell me because it will make things worse. My best friend who happened to be in the car, started to buckle and choke and started accusing my mate why he was getting the blame and that he was a dog c*nt for accusing him etc (in short it looked like he knew he did it and couldn't handle the pressure so he lashed out). I also found out from my mate (and several others) that my best friend took my car out for 3 Maccas runs, had a joy ride (with alcohol in his system) and LET a drunk 14 yr old with no license drive it (I was also told that the 14 yr old nearly crashed my car 4 times). My mate (party starter) also said things which were true - my best friend didnt bring money to the party, he witnessed my bestie holding a lot of cash (change from the $50 possibly?) and that he pretty much shouted everyone Maccas (my best friend is on the dole, lives on housing commission and suffers financially, he never shouts anything). I confronted my best friend after this argument calmly and with no swearing or voice raising, he responded by swearing and telling me off and how he looked after me all night and would never do such thing and that the money used for Maccas was from people chipping in. I also asked other party goers that night and one said that my best friend would do no such thing and that he chipped in small change for Maccas. However I talked with my mate (the party starter) and he was 100% certain he took the money and that 'looking after you all night' doesn't mean sh*t. What do I do in this situation? Obviously our trio is broken up. I do not like to take sides either. My best friend (or ex bestie) is very hostile and refuses to talk. Please help me resolve this.

My dog has a laceration and it is starting to stink.?

It was done while we were gone the other day and when we got home too much time elapsed in order for him to get it stitched. He has been on cephaxalin for two days. Tonight when I took off his bandage to change it I freaked. It stunk and was getting black in some places. I tried to call an emergency vet and the only one we had around us has closed down. I cleaned it really well with saline solution and put anibacterial dressing on it. Will he be ok until tomorrow. Does anyone know if this is normal for a deep laceration? I didn't know if it might be part of the healing process. I really don't think it is if it smells and looks the way it does....please help

That's twice, fast forward 5 more years. She leaves to get milk and the next call received from her is the I'm not coming home call. To recap, Happy marriage 18 years, out side interference, first and second separation. Now its five years since the second separation over 15 years since the bs affair and the end of March 2011, she is now over 300 miles away, very little contact yet she says,please don't divorce me, and move here you can get a place and I will stay here ( with family ). I really don't have a question, I just had to tell the story...WTF ? Oh yea, the husband sort of adopted her family as his own because he didn't have his own. Now she has created such a divide that the sudo family is ice cold to him...really WTF...? Okay, so I like a guy in the year above me at my school. We have so much in common and he is a genuinley nice guy (so i've heard). I am 16 years old. I only get angry and aggressive at the people that I know the most, usually being my parents who frustrate me on occasion; which I am not proud of at all. Most of the time I am ok with my parents and we have a good relationship but on times I just lose it. Earlier this evening I was playing on FIFA 11 and I lost a game that I thought that I deserved to win, this lead me to get angrier and angrier. This has always been a problem to me and has lead to me being in tears when I was younger however still wanting to play the game. I threw my controller and started shouting uncontrollably very loudly and obviously swear word were used. I didn't used to swear when I got angry at the computer games however over the past 2/3 years I have not been able to contain them and my parents have given up trying to control me or calm me down. In every day life I am usually more confident around my friends but when it comes to people I don't know I am really quite and get really nervous. ok gave birth to first child at the end of jan 2011 decided to go back on yasmin birth control pill. doctor recommended waiting until first period. last Wednesday the 13th april 2011 started what i believed to be my period so i began taking the pill. however the bleeding only lasted about 24 hours and was extremely light. i continued to take the pill. can anyone advise 1 what there first period was like after birth 2 how long it actually took to resume normality and 3 am i covered by the pill now given that that more that 7 days has elapsed

My ex husband was violent, bipolar, a drug addict and alcoholic and I made the HUGE mistake of telling my son the truth about his dad. Now, he resents me, and tells people he had a bad childhood, and that his father would not of turned out that way if I had not divorced him. I struggle for many years to give him things, and his father never concerned himself with our son. I got a meager 108.74 in child support. I had his wages garnished so I did not have to see him. If I had to do it over again, I would have moved. Now my son acts a lot like him. I don't feel the need to get angry, am I weird?

I don't ever get really angry. I can only remember a couple of times in my life that I have almost seen red and felt I was screaming so much I was almost out of control. Not that I mind being out of control, I just think that things can so often be delt with better when one is in control. You can then be calm, think things through and talk without screaming. It's less stressful and emotional and it uses a lot less energy. The last time I remember losing my temper was when I left my husband 15 years ago. I was so angry that he had not listened to me all the times I had tried to talk to him about problems we were having and the situations that I was finding unbearable and he chose to ignore and carry on. I am 14. I was living with my dad all the way until i was 13. It went down hill between us when i was 11. He constantly yelled at me for things i had no control over. Where you open your eyes but your body still is in a sleeping state. It was the scariest thing that would ever happen to me. I would get it a couple times a aweek. My mom finally threatened him with a lawsuit if he hadnt handed me over. Which he did. I am getting better but the transition from the big city to small town life was hard too. But i finally have some friends and am going to my highschool three times a week to workout with them. But this whole last year has been constant fighting. Back and fourth. There is this new student who has been attending my university last year. He came from Zimbabwe and can’t speak/ fully understand English properly. We had been together 11 months this month and had been very close since 2009. I see him as my best friend but he's very stubborn and independent. The resident complained that no one helped her and called her son to complain, triggering the move of this resident out of this facility on the demands of her family. Today my fiancee gets a phone call from the scheduling coordinator and the executive director of the facility, blaming her for the mishap and demanding to know how she handled it. She answered honestly, stating she contacted the resident's son and explained to him the reason that they were not able to respond to patient that exact second and then spoke to the scheduler, explaining with the lack of staffing over night, and being placed with a coworker who does nothing independently, there is difficulty in being able to be at numerous places at one time. After that, the scheduler told her that she is writing up my fiancee, and blamed the whole situation on her. Sorry for the long story, but here is my question. From what I understand, all human resource departments are neutral players in any business, and I suggested that she file a complaint against management for discrimination, and against the coworker for not being responsible and trustworthy enough to even work in such a facility in the first place. The reason I am asking for an answer for a lawyer is that I want to know if she has grounds to file a complaint for discrimination and is H.R. truly a safe place to file a complaint or should we go to a 3rd party to look into the matter?

I requested working from home with my employer. They granted me 2 days a week on a 3 month Trail Period with the possibility to increase if everything was fine, or revoke if it didnt work out. Several others are also on these terms as well. The 3 months has elapsed in April and I am continuing to work 2 days from home as is everyone else whos Trial Period have also elapsed. There has been NO review of the trial for any of us... but again there has been NO indication that they are unhappy with the result as we are still doing this. Can I request this to now not be a verbal agreement and a change to my contract.. how long does a working practice have to remain in place before I can get it in my contract. If My emplyer refuses to update my contract and wants to keep it as a verbal agreement.. where do I stand? Can they make changes to it at anytime? Revoke it? Or do I have a right to say that it is my working practice and they cannot take it away? I do not have children, I do not care for anyone.... I was granted this on the basis that I my commute is 2.5 hours each way and an 8 hour day in the office meant my work-life balance was seriously affecting my wellbeing and health and also I could not work late or overtime because of the fact I had too far to travel etc.. I am concerned though without it being concrete in my contract they could take this away from me when they feel like and I will have my health affected again!

Personally I think you should try and convince her to go to the police. I had this happen to me as a child and kept it a secret for many years as it slowly destroyed me. Newborns sleep patterns change alot. Its normal for babies to have sleepier days and she is right around the corner from a growth spurt. As long as she's eating well and is experiencing her normal level of alertness when she is awake, I wouldn't worry. But if something just doesn't feel right, then call your doctor. No one knows your baby better than you.

Follow up to earlier question about c-sections and time elapsed between pregnancies?

A little while ago I asked a question about if VBACs were more successful if pregnancies are spaced quite far apart. UKNurse answered that it depends on what the cause for the first c-section was, that if it was a case of a pelvis being too small then there's nothing that can be done about that and it will be another c-section. What if that was the case (that the original c section was because of a too small pelvis) but on the second time around the mother went into labor prematurely and wound up having, say, a six pound baby instead of a nine pound baby. Would she most likely be able to deliver naturally under those circumstances, if the baby was much smaller? Would the doctors at least give her a chance since the baby is smaller, or would they wheel her right into surgery?

I have never tired it, but now I want to badly! I just looked it up, and club soda is listed as a good natural cleaner. Adding a heavy detergent to it makes sense. Plus, even though the writer just about wrote a book about the subject, why would they lie? They aren't an Oxy or genric club soda salesman. I'm saving this on my desktop and trying it the next time I clean the element on my DRZ. I have an extra one anyway. I looked around and several sites talked about using Oxyclean for filters. I can't see adding club soda hurting anything.
